At Grant 3D, we design & CNC cut floor grates, vents and air grilles made from the same material as your flooring so they blend much better than traditional wood or metal floor grates.

We can even CNC cut custom shapes into any of the slotted air grilles we cut.

Custom Designed & CNC Cut Floor Grates

At Grant 3D, all of our design and CNC cutting is done in-house. We make floor grates and air grilles to your custom specifications and are able to cut a wide variety of shapes and sizes. By creating floor grates from the actual flooring material, the grates blend in almost seamlessly. We also provide router jigs to all of our clients for easy installation.
